Founded in 2013, Room00 is a hotel company that manages urban design hostels and “boutique” and “lifestyle” hotels. The company aspires to become the leading operator in the urban hotel market in its segment in Southern Europe (major cities in Spain,Portugal, and Italy).
“Room00” is well positioned to target today’s and tomorrow’s new travelers - Millennials and Gen Z.The company has adapted its business model to these costumers by focusing on four main pillars: prime central locations, quality, comfort and sustainability, always maintaining the value-for-money approach.
Currently, Room00 operates 15 assets (678 keys) and has signed 23 pipeline assets(under DD and construction) which will enable the company to reach 38 assets and 1,991 keys by the end of 2025.

Room Select aspires to be one of the main brands of urban “boutique” hotels in Spain. It focuses on prime locations within top-tier cities, with limited services and comfortable rooms. Additionally, each establishment has its own “SpecialtyCoffee” shop, Syra Coffee, in the common area of the hotel.

LETOHLETOH is Room00’s urban“lifestyle” brand.Its hotels offer design lobbies, with excellent rooms for a more demanding customer. Apart from offering a “Specialty Coffee” shop like the Select brand does, it also offers a “coworking” area among other third-party dining-dedicated spaces.
